I firmly believe individuals address challenges when they are ready. Optimal healing occurs when one can follow their own timeline, utilizing approaches that suit them without external pressure or judgement. This is the environment I strive to provide in my office or during virtual sessions. My role is to create a safe and compassionate space where you feel comfortable exploring issues you wish to address in therapy, thereby fostering your journey towards becoming a healthier, stronger, and more enlightened individual.
With more than two decades of experience since earning my graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Fitchburg State College in 2004, I have worked across various settings and provided diverse services. My early career included work in a hospital inpatient setting followed by community-based mental health work. Since 2011, my focus has been on private practice and private consultation services.
In 2021, I obtained a certificate in Plant Medicine from Cornell University. My professional areas of expertise encompass Trauma Recovery, EMDR, and Grief and Loss. In addition to my clinical practice, I produce and host a podcast on mental health titled Therapy Unplugged: Empowerment, Laughter, and Life.
